The candidate must have 10+ years of solid patent prosecution experience and a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent fields. Proven record of client development, as supported by a portable book of business is required. USPTO Patent Bar registration and at least one State Bar license is essential. Experience in preparing patent applications and prosecution, preparing infringement and validity opinions, and client counseling is needed.
