Job Details:

Duties:

• Manage and handle complex commercial litigation and arbitration cases.
• Serve as the point person on litigation matters, coordinating and overseeing various aspects of the legal process.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and draft legal documents to support the firm's cases.
• Work collaboratively with legal teams and clients to strategize and execute effective legal solutions.
• Handle multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Requirements:

• Admittance to the New York Bar is mandatory.
• 3-5 years of prior law firm experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Prior clerkship experience is preferred.
• Outstanding academic credentials.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
