A San Francisco, CA law firm seeks a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage family law cases from inception to resolution, including high-asset divorce cases and complex child custody matters. This role requires exceptional litigation skills, compassion, and professionalism to navigate the intricacies of family law effectively.

Duties:

• Manage family law cases from beginning to end
• Handle high-asset divorce cases, including:
  • Asset valuation
  • Property division
  • Financial settlement
• Address complex child custody and domestic violence matters
• Represent clients in high-stakes litigation
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Draft, review, and file legal documents
• Negotiate settlements and agreements
• Provide clear and compassionate communication with clients
• Maintain detailed and organized case files
• Attend court hearings and trials as lead attorney
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff
• Stay current with developments in family law

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law
• Proven experience as lead attorney in multiple family law trials
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong advocacy skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar
