Location:

• Kalispell, Montana

Duties:

• Manage and litigate a diverse caseload under supervision of senior attorneys

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda

• Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Communicate directly with clients, providing updates and legal guidance

• Collaborate with legal staff and partners on litigation strategies

• Maintain detailed case records and adhere to deadlines

Requirements:

• 0–7 years of civil litigation experience

• Bar admission in Montana preferred (pending bar results or recent test-takers will be considered)

• Demonstrated interest in litigation and professional growth

• Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Montana Bar (or sitting for the upcoming exam or awaiting results)

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing abilities

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proactive, driven, and open to mentorship
