Duties

• Manage deadlines effectively and efficiently.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, and responses in advance of deadlines.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Appear in court and at depositions.
• Review title reports.

Requirements

• 5-8 years' experience in real estate and/or title law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and self-management capability.
• Licensed to practice in Alabama and resides in Alabama.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Alabama.
