Duties

• Research and draft complex substantive motions, including Motions to Dismiss and Motions for Summary Judgment.
• Manage a busy civil litigation docket, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are updated.
• Oversee the full discovery process, including drafting and responding to interrogatories and conducting depositions.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials throughout Arizona.

Requirements

• Active member of the State Bar of Arizona.
• 0-5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Comfortable navigating the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar license in Arizona.
