Duties

• Represent clients throughout all litigation phases, from negotiations to trial.
• Develop and implement tailored litigation strategies for each case.
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely progression through legal processes.
• Draft and file legal documents, including complaints and motions.
• Appear for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as required.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to achieve client goals.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar license in Tennessee or Kentucky; multi-state licensure is advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in first-party property insurance.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume docket.
• Experience with FileVine, MS Office, and remote collaboration tools is beneficial.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar license in Tennessee or Kentucky.
