Duties

• Develop and implement case-level litigation strategy.
• Represent clients zealously at court proceedings.
• Manage dockets and cases efficiently with internal teams.
• Prepare pleadings and ensure seamless case management.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes.
• Monitor and educate team on legal changes.
• Travel regionally to appear at courts throughout New Jersey.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• 1-3 years of experience in creditor's rights and civil litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Good standing with the Bar Association.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree.

Certifications

• Licensed Attorney in New Jersey.
