Duties:

• Manage a full caseload of plaintiffs’ workers' compensation cases from intake through resolution

• Investigate claims and gather evidence to build compelling legal arguments

• Draft and file legal documents with precision and clarity

• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients before administrative bodies and courts

• Negotiate favorable settlements on behalf of clients

• Maintain consistent and compassionate client communication

• Collaborate closely with internal case managers and legal team

• Stay informed on developments in South Carolina workers' compensation law

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to handle a significant caseload independently

• Proven track record in negotiation and legal advocacy

• Strong time management and organizational skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the South Carolina Bar (required)
