Duties

• Serve as the primary handling attorney on complex litigation cases with support from paralegals and staff.
• Draft and oversee pleadings, motions, discovery, and dispositive filings.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and corporate representatives.
• Attend and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials as lead or co-counsel.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value; participate in settlement strategy and negotiation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, carriers, and adjusters.
• Collaborate closely with managing partners and senior trial attorneys on litigation and trial strategy.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) required.
• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
• Valid Texas driver's license required.
• Minimum of 6 years of personal injury litigation experience required.
