Duties

• Assist in representing clients in family law, civil litigation, immigration, and criminal matters.
• Conduct client consultations, including with Spanish-speaking clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Appear in court and administrative hearings under supervision.
• Manage assigned cases and meet filing deadlines.
• Communicate with clients professionally and compassionately.
• Participate in training, mentorship, and case strategy discussions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Pennsylvania law license.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Interest in one or more of the firm's practice areas.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• New Jersey license preferred but not required.
• Prior legal experience is a plus, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Pennsylvania law license.
• New Jersey license preferred.
