Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in Minneapolis, MN. This position offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to become part of a dynamic team in a growing location.

Duties

• Represent clients in products liability defense and other litigation matters.
• Draft and argue discovery and other motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage document productions.
• Engage in case management and lead litigation efforts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, class actions, and complex litigation.
• Experience in products liability or multi-district litigation preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Minnesota Bar.
• Willingness to join the Minnesota Bar if admitted elsewhere.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Minnesota Bar or eligibility to obtain it.
