The intern will work in the Criminal Justice Section. The interns draft pleadings or briefs, assist in discovery and trial preparation, conduct research, interview witnesses, assist in regulatory functions, and draft transactional documents. The office involves interns in the everyday experiences of the Assistant Attorneys General. First, second, and third-year law students will be considered. Internships require a full-time commitment of at least 10 weeks.
