Duties

• Research legal issues and draft pleadings and motions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and arbitrations as needed.
• Maintain client communications and relationships.
• Prepare for and participate in strategy meetings.
• Evaluate cases to align with client goals.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proven research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education

• Bachelor's degree.
• Juris Doctor or equivalent from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law and/or membership in the State Bar of Texas.
