Duties
- Handle state plan OSHA litigation matters in California, Arizona, and/or Nevada.
- Manage Federal OSHA litigation matters.
- Understand OSHA inspection procedures and citation contest procedural rules.
- Conduct discovery and apply knowledge of OSHA standards.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of OSHA litigation experience.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent writing skills.
- State Bar membership in the practicing jurisdiction.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- State Bar membership.

- Proficiency in OSHA litigation procedures.
