Duties

Requirements

• Four to six years of relevant experience in corporate finance.
• Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission in Missouri.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Missouri Bar or eligibility for admission without examination.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Experience with corporate governance and securities filings preferred.
