A law firm seeks an associate in Atlanta, GA, with 2-4 years of experience to support a growing docket of AI-focused advisory, regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters. This client-facing role offers early responsibility and exposure to issues at the intersection of AI, regulation, and business.

Duties

• Advise clients on AI governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Monitor and analyze developments in AI law and provide client-ready guidance.
• Support AI-related corporate and technology transactions.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Support fact development, discovery, and case strategy in litigation and regulatory investigations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate across teams.

Requirements

• J.D. with strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably at a top-tier firm.
• Experience in regulatory/advisory, corporate transactional, or litigation matters.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technology.
• Admission (or eligibility for admission) in the relevant jurisdiction.
