Duties

• Take and defend depositions.

• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Manage day-to-day case activities.
• Participate in trial preparation.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of New York litigation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong courtroom advocacy and analytical skills.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and resourceful in a team environment.
• Admission to practice law in New York is required.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Interest in fiduciary litigation is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
