Duties:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients seeking Social Security Disability benefits.
• Represent claimants at disability hearings before Administrative Law Judges.
• Handle occasional appeals to federal court.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Assist in Personal Injury cases when necessary.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Social Security Disability law.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage cases from initial consultation to hearing.
• Motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for helping clients.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Texas State Bar.

Skills:

• Knowledge of Social Security Disability law.
