• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in Elder Law and Probate matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case management strategies.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation within the law office.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of legal experience (litigation experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the Colorado State Bar.
