Duties:

• Manage and advise clients on real estate and business transactions.
• Draft and review contracts related to real estate, leases, and business entities.
• Oversee the formation of corporations, LLCs, and other business entities.
• Provide strategic legal advice for commercial and residential real estate matters.
• Assist clients with legal matters about acquisitions, sales, and property management.
• Negotiate and structure business agreements in line with client objectives.
• Maintain and foster client relationships through excellent communication and personalized service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or business law.
• Proven ability in contract drafting, review, and entity formation.
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach to client service and problem-solving.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
