A law firm in Phoenix is currently seeking a highly qualified Employment and Education Attorney to join its expanding practice. The ideal candidate should possess excellent academic, writing, and research credentials, with a preference for prior experience in representing employers and educational institutions. This position requires a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to employers and educational institutions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on employment and education law issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, policies, and agreements.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and administrative proceedings.
• Advise on employment-related matters such as discrimination, harassment, and wage disputes.
• Handle cases involving educational law, including student rights and institutional policies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in Arizona or eligibility for admission.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• 2+ years of experience in employment and education law.
• Prior experience representing employers and educational institutions is a plus.

Education:
