The candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting and assisting clients, scheduling appointments, and performing general administrative and clerical support. Prior office/receptionist experience a plus. Stellar customer service skills are required. Spanish/English bilingual speaking receptionists and legal assistants will be considered.
