Location:

Duties:

• Advise individuals and families on estate planning and probate matters

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

• Oversee execution of legal instruments to ensure compliance with applicable laws

• Represent clients in trust and estate proceedings when necessary

• Maintain and develop strong client relationships

• Collaborate with team members to support the firm’s broader legal services, including real estate and commercial matters

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of estate planning experience

• Demonstrated ability to manage estate planning and probate cases from start to finish

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to legal accuracy

• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Oak Park, IL

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Illinois (required)

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust administration

• Skilled in legal drafting and document review

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal

• Familiarity with real estate transactions is a plus
