Immigration Services Manager - People Advisory Services - Senior Manager-Multiple
The candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of immigration services to global accounts. Serve as an experienced advisor to clients with multi-jurisdictional mobility or business traveler programs on the immigration process, policy, and operational challenges. Coordinate across the EY network of immigration professionals to deliver immigration compliance services and solutions to issues or complex scenarios for clients. Oversee how technology platforms are implemented and operationalized for clients as it relates to immigration processes, and help client gain visibility into their programs through data and reporting. Manage and support global practice projects to improve the performance of EY’s immigration network, manage the transition of new clients to EY, and pursue new business opportunities for the firm. Support building integrated mobility services on accounts where EY is providing professional support across multiple technical offerings, requiring experience within different aspects of global mobility risk and compliance services. Lead and directed teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities. Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, Law, or a related field and 8 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, Law, or a related field and 7 years of related work experience. Must have 6 years of experience managing global mobility and/or business traveler programs at a mid-sized/regional to the large-sized national consulting firm, law firm, public accounting firm, or in-house role. Must have 6 years of experience solving complex client challenges related to multi-jurisdictional global mobility or business traveler projects, including coordinating services across multiple service providers. Must have 6 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have 4 years of experience with large-scale, multi-jurisdictional mobility or business travel data analytics, program transformation, implementation, and onboarding. Must have 3 years of experience managing the transition of mobility or business traveler programs to new service providers. Must have 3 years of experience training and supervising the work of offshore teams. Must have 3 years of experience coaching and developing junior consultants or immigration professionals, focusing on their technical and client service skills. Must have 2 years of experience working in a global mobility role outside the U.S., or with global mobility teams based outside the U.S. Must have 1 year of experience writing proposals and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
