Duties

• Represent property owners and investors in complex real estate and finance transactions.
• Handle transactions involving institutional lenders, private equity, and developers.
• Draft and review core transaction documents.
• Manage transactions from inception through closing and post-closing.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in real estate debt and similar transactions.
• Experience representing lenders or borrowers in sophisticated transactions.
• Ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
