Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate for its Wilmington, DE office. The ideal candidate will possess three to five years of commercial real estate transactional experience and a keen interest in managing the full lifecycle of real estate assets, from acquisition to disposition.

Duties

• Manage commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financing, and dispositions.
• Support developers, owners, and real estate private equity funds.
• Handle purchase/sale transactions, leasing, and title review.
• Advise clients on real estate asset lifecycle stages.
• Assist with fund formation and equity investments.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Delaware.
• Experience with diverse asset classes preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

• Excellent academic record and writing skills.
• Experience in sophisticated real estate transactions.
