Duties

• Represent lenders and borrowers in mortgage loan warehouse transactions.
• Prepare and negotiate term sheets and transaction documents for financing facilities.
• Participate as a key member of deal teams, managing transactions from term sheet through closing.

Requirements

• Experience with repurchase facilities and warehouse lending.
• Hands-on experience in transaction document preparation and negotiation.
• Experience in commercial or residential mortgage loan warehouse transactions preferred.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
