Duties

• Draft and file motions and other case-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law.
• Participate in depositions and prepare witnesses.
• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategies.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in law and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Proven ability to draft and file motions and other legal documents.
• Extensive research skills for legal precedents and case law analysis.
• Experience conducting depositions and preparing witnesses.
• Prior experience representing clients in state and federal courts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Law license in good standing with the State Bar of Colorado.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Law license in good standing with the State Bar of Colorado.
