Location

Duties

• Manage a caseload of general liability matters (e.g., auto, premises, habitability, products liability)

• Handle written discovery and motion practice

• Take and defend depositions

• Make in-person court appearances as needed

• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and reports

• Work collaboratively with supervising attorneys and team members

• Participate in case strategy development and settlement negotiations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law in general liability litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage discovery, depositions, motion work, and hearings

• Willingness to appear in person for court when required

• Strong legal writing, analytical, and case management skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member of the California State Bar

• Must be in good standing
