Duties

• Review and draft various agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of corporate transactional and M&A experience.
• Experience in contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions, and financings.
• Securities law experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and client servicing skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines.
• NJ and/or PA bar license desired, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in NJ and/or PA preferred.
