Job Title: Mass Tort Attorney - Remote Role

Job Overview:
A national law firm based in Saint Louis, MI is actively seeking a seasoned legal professional to oversee and manage complex, high-volume mass tort litigation. This full-time opportunity is tailored for an attorney with substantial experience in product liability and related torts, capable of handling multifaceted dockets from initiation through resolution. The role involves close coordination with firm leadership, supervision of support teams, and proactive engagement in process improvement and client communications.

Duties:

• Monitor and manage multiple mass tort case dockets from intake to resolution

• Generate regular status updates and case reports for firm leadership

• Liaise with internal legal teams and allocate resources across active litigation projects

• Enhance and streamline case management workflows, including record collection and vendor coordination

• Serve as the internal point of contact for updates and litigation education for legal support staff

• Respond to client inquiries and provide appropriate guidance or redirection

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of entries within legal case tracking systems

• Oversee critical litigation timelines, including running reports to ensure timely filing within statutes of limitation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing complex mass tort matters

• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate across distributed legal teams

• Strong background in litigation involving product liability, pharmaceuticals, or environmental torts

• Proficiency with legal case management software and systems

• Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction (must be in good standing)

Skills:

• Expertise in mass tort and complex litigation
