Duties

• Work closely with partners and paralegals to manage probate, trust, guardianship, and conservatorship cases.
• Make non-litigation court appearances related to probate, trust, guardianship, and conservatorship matters.
• Draft pleadings and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research.

Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience practicing law; post-bar clerks considered.
• Proficient in drafting legal documents.
• Experience in estate planning, trust, and/or probate law preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with legal research tools and case management software preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
