Duties
- Review, draft, analyze, negotiate, and process various vendor contracts, including NDAs and master services agreements.
- Participate in revising and developing contract templates and negotiation principles.
- Assist in cataloging contracts and monitoring vendor performance.
- Facilitate communication among legal, technology, and business teams.
- Educate firm members on contract issues and processes.
- Identify and support training and development needs.
Requirements
- JD Degree and active admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience with vendor contract review and negotiation.
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts related to data privacy, information security, and IT procurement.
- Strong foundation in contract management and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage change in a dynamic organization.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and AI regulations is a plus.

- JD Degree

- Active admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction
Skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with contracts databases and workflow management tools is a plus.
