Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Associate to join the Real Estate Finance group in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of transactional real estate experience, representing lenders and/or borrowers, with a focus on real estate finance or commercial real estate.

Duties

• Represent lenders and borrowers in real estate finance transactions.
• Conduct due diligence review and analysis, including title insurance and surveys.
• Review corporate formation documents and construction documentation.
• Analyze and prepare SNDAs and other related documents.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of transactional real estate experience.
• Active member of the New York or Florida bar.
• Experience with customary due diligence processes.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York or Florida.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
