Duties

• Assist in day-to-day employment and human resources counseling for clients.
• Review, analyze, and draft employment agreements and related documents.
• Handle and manage employment litigation, including non-compete disputes and administrative matters.
• Take and defend depositions and manage written discovery phases.
• Collaborate with national and international teams on personnel issues and policy implementation.
• Support due diligence in mergers and acquisitions.
• Formulate legal strategies for litigation matters.
• Contribute to commercial litigation matters as needed.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of employment litigation and counseling experience required.
• Trial experience at any level is a plus.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri and in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri.
