Duties

• Represent clients in securities class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, and commercial disputes at trial and appellate levels

• Provide support in regulatory advocacy to mitigate enforcement actions

• Collaborate on internal, government, and regulatory investigations

• Develop strategic legal solutions in high-stakes litigation

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in securities litigation or related fields

• Proven experience in handling securities-related disputes and investigations

• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar or New York State Bar
