A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate to join its team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions, including work with mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, and resorts.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate real estate and financing documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan agreements.
• Engage in transactions involving easements, CC&Rs, and development-related agreements.
• Collaborate directly with partners and clients to ensure successful transaction outcomes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience in real estate development and joint ventures is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
