Duties:

• Manage a high caseload, consistently exceeding 1,200 billable hours annually.
• Participate in professional networking activities to establish and maintain client relationships, ensuring regular client referrals.
• Demonstrate leadership skills by effectively guiding clients, leading meetings, and mentoring legal staff.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration within a team environment.
• Ensure punctuality and professionalism in both attendance and communication with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and eligibility to sit for the state Bar Exam or admission to the Bar in Montana.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively under tight deadlines.
• Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to developing business relationships.

Education:

• Doctoral Degree in Law (JD).

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership or in the process of obtaining Bar admission in Montana.
