The Associate Attorney will work closely with clients, offer strategic advice, and ensure the effective handling of cases in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis for various case types.
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and contracts.
• Provide expert legal advice on Family Law, Criminal Law, CPS, Collections, and Immigration matters.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediation sessions, and negotiations.
• Assist in developing case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files in accordance with legal procedures.
• Utilize legal research tools (such as Lexis-Nexis) to assist with case preparation.
• Stay updated on changes in legal regulations affecting client cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar Association or eligibility for admission.
• Familiarity with Family Law, Criminal Law, CPS, Collections, and Immigration matters is a plus.
• Strong legal research skills and experience with legal research tools (e.g., Lexis-Nexis).
• Proficiency in legal writing for drafting documents and correspondence.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for client and colleague interaction.
• Previous law office experience is advantageous but not required.

Education:
