Duties

• Prepare pleadings, including complaints and motions for settlement approval.
• Draft and respond to written discovery requests.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations, primarily virtual.
• Maintain extensive client contact for case updates and settlement discussions.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and case strategy sessions.
• Organize and manage case files to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

• J.D. and active California Bar membership (0-3 years of litigation experience).
• Demonstrated interest in employment law and/or class action litigation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Commitment to client advocacy and professional growth.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
