Location:

Duties:

• Manage litigation cases from initial investigation through trial and appeal
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and pre-trial conferences
• Represent clients in court hearings and at trial
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and trial preparation
• Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Ensure compliance with all filing deadlines and case management requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience in personal injury law (preferred)
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced legal environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the Alabama State Bar in good standing
