Profile

We are seeking a senior associate or partner-level attorney to join our Corporate department. Ideal candidates have substantial experience in business law, complex commercial transactions, securities law, tax, M&A and/or corporate restructurings. Candidates should have the ability to manage multiple projects independently and provide practical client counseling. Critical-thinking, drafting and problem-solving skills are emphasized. All candidates should have strong academic credentials, a willingness to accept responsibility, and share our commitment to client service and professional excellence.
