Project Services Lead

Profile

Provides leadership and direction in structuring and controlling the project scope, integrating and assessing the operator’s data to develop predictable cost estimates, and achievable plans and schedules, monitoring budgets and VOWD , managing changes, analyzing the Operator’s progress measurement and reporting to accurately forecast and influence on-time and on-budget delivery of the project’s objectives. Serves as the key interface with the project stakeholders and communicates up to the PS Delivery Manager.

- Works under the direction of a PS Delivery Manager to ensure deployed Project Services resources from Central Services and third parties (Contractors, etc.) deliver high-quality outputs and analysis.

- Coordinate with central services the timing & need of resources - Planning, Estimating, and Risk support.

- Establishes and/or oversees the implementation of Project Services processes, methodologies, strategies, systems and functional plans in alignment with Central Services group standards and procedures.

- Monitors Project Services data and reports to ensure accuracy and on-time submission of all PS deliverables including estimates, VOWD cost reports, monthly schedules, monthly reports/dashboards, and any business interface requirements.

- Reviews and provides constructive feedback on Operator monthly reports for cost and schedules. - Integrates operator schedules & cost reports into an overall project schedule and forecast and provide monthly updates.

- Supports project tollgate process by ensuring all deliverables are completed in accordance with PS capital requirements and the inputs from the Operated are assessed and risked accordingly

- Coordinates inputs to Investment Evaluation team for tollgate deliverables and Capital budgeting cycles.

- Confirms Project Services input to value improvement practices for the program scope.

- Coordinating budget estimate development for DEF and EXE phases.

- Coordinating budget schedule development for DEF and EXE phases.
