• Draft persuasive legal documents with strong judgment and clarity.
• Coordinate with experts such as forensic accountants and custody professionals.
• Negotiate effectively while prioritizing client goals.
• Maintain a high-level client experience with proactive communication.
• Collaborate with the team to improve systems and workflows.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in family law and real estate matters.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in high-pressure situations.
• Active membership with the American Bar Association.
• 5+ years of California family law experience, including high-asset and contested custody cases.
• Demonstrated litigation experience with contested hearings and strong motion practice.

Education

• 4-year degree with a legal background.
• J.D. degree required.

Certifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
