Associate Attorney
The candidate provides legal advice and counsel in support of immigration matters before USCIS and Executive Office of Immigration Review. Researches and interprets existing laws and regulations and anticipated changes to laws to guide informed decisions and reduce risk. Prepares and reviews all immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters. Reviews and process incoming documents. Juris Doctorate from an accredited university is required. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience. Immigration experience is a plus. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience with executing high-volume family and business immigration or litigation cases. Should be admitted to practice law in any state. Bilingual skills are a plus.
