Duties

• Manage a high project load and oversee administrative staff.
• Independently handle all assigned cases with a diverse caseload.
• Chair client corporate meetings and manage electronic task lists and billing.
• Advise clients on case status and maintain strong relationships.
• Draft complaints, answers, and manage discovery processes.
• Prepare witnesses, take and defend depositions, and conduct motion practice.
• Prepare for trials, conduct trials, and handle appellate work.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Ohio.
• 5+ years of litigation experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law, or representing governmental organizations in civil matters.
• Demonstrated dedication and hard work in prior roles.
• Experience with Microsoft operating systems and sophisticated software.
• Availability during business hours, evenings, and weekends for client meetings.
• Excellent personal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
