Duties

• Manage a wide range of litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct depositions, discovery, and pre-trial work
• Appear in court and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials
• Manage client communications and case strategy
• Create corporate documents for business entities
• Prepare transactional documents such as purchase agreements
• Offer guidance as general counsel to clients
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries

Requirements

• 2 - 6 years of experience in litigation
• Experience in all phases of litigation, including client intake and trial work
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio
