Duties:

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes and business torts

• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for trial and appellate courts

• Conduct and manage discovery, including document review and depositions

• Engage in legal research and provide strategic litigation advice

• Participate in client meetings, court hearings, and settlement negotiations

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams across jurisdictions

Requirements:

• Active membership in the Delaware Bar

• 3-4 years of litigation experience at a law firm

• Demonstrated expertise in commercial litigation matters

• Strong grasp of procedural and substantive litigation rules

• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities

• Prior judicial clerkship is advantageous but not mandatory

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in Delaware (required)
