The candidate will be processing expense reimbursements and invoices. Partner time entry. Editing Prebills. Electronic filing to NetDocuments. Preparing client engagement letters. Opening new clients matters. Conducting conflict checks. Managing calendars, including meeting invites and Zoom calls. Performing other administrative duties as assigned. Should have demonstrated excellent interpersonal, client service, and communications skills while maintaining a high level of professionalism; strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines with exceptional attention to detail. Must be proactive, attentive, responsive, and a problem-solver. Must be a team player and able to adapt to changing priorities. Should have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. A BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent in experience.
